Trautwein® Fango Stirrer ER 70 N

The Fango agitator is used in physical therapy as a treatment unit for mud paraffin and mud packings. The ER70 N can be used to prepare and heat up to 85 kg of mud. The double-pressure boiler construction made of stainless steel contains a warm oil filling, which heats the catch mass uniformly and energy-saving. The agitator can be placed on a warming cabinet as a table top or by means of the attached brackets.

The special counter current agitator ensures uniform mixing and heating of the mud. The heated spout prevents clogging and clumping of the mass so that the Fango paraffin spreads very well on the catch plate. The Fango agitator is mounted by means of screws (diameter: 8 mm) in the collecting vessel or on a warming cabinet.
The tank of the Fango agitator is available in stainless steel and aluminium. The heat transfer takes place with a stainless steel agitator by a heat carrier oil. The boiler floor is hermetically closed with the maintenance-free heat transfer oil filling. This special construction provides energy-saving heating with approx. 30% consumption advantage. This allows you to keep operating costs low during the application.

Agitator Comfort control – Our recommendation for the economic practice
The comfort control (T5231) offers additional operating comfort and energy-saving adjustment possibilities. With the weekend and holiday program (day setting), the heating can be adjusted economically efficiently. The automatic sterilization system also ensures a gentle heating of the mud mass and cooling overnight.

Note on general catch application:
In physical therapy the healing mud or the Fango pack, in the heat therapy is used. The Fango mass, that Fango-paraffin is heated in a large kettle heated and over the outlet cock. As a rule, the mud is discharged onto a sheet and then stored in the warming cabinet for the application. The thermal mud is kept warm on the body site with the aid of mud felts and mud fumes, thus developing its effect.
