TOGU® TrainChain

The TrainChain is a versatile, multifunctional and effective training tool for training at home, in fitness classes, personal training, for intensive training or gentler gymnastics, young and old, woman or man.
It consists of three robust and durable rings made of ruton, each weighing 3 kg. These can be attached to each other in any way using the straps. Thanks to the various connection options, the TrainChain can be used instead of dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells or a medicine ball.
The material is dirt-repellent and can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
