Ideal balancing device for therapy to improve balance, stability and coordination. With the exercises on the therapy circle Posturedo the posture is stabilized and mobilized. The movement trainer offers many exercises to improve and support the postural regulation and stimulation as well as the coordination and strength.

Thanks to the new combination of a high-quality wooden plate and a dynamic air cushion, TOGU’s new Posturedo makes versatile exercises with an unstable surface possible. This particular kind of instability acts upon the body by the transmission of minute movements, and produces corresponding balancing movements and stabilization. An integrated position indicator is used as an optical control for the therapist. The degree of instability can easily and quickly be adapted to the fitness level with the enclosed pump.

Multiple therapy options:

The wooden plate has an axis pattern on which the practitioner and the therapist can orient themselves. At the 4 corners, additional weights (dumbbell discs) are attached. Here, dumbbell discs with an internal diameter of 30.5 mm can be attached to the one-sided weight shifting. Thus, unilateral movement deficits can be specifically improved.
