Togu® Aero-Step® Pro

The Togu® Aero-Step® Pro is an air-filled training and therapy device for strengthening and improving coordination, flexibility and stability. The proven stability trainer with the 2-chamber air system as an unstable support allows exercises with individually adjustable difficulty level and training effect. The Aerostep Pro has a larger surface than the previously models Aerostep S and Aerostep XL and is therefore even more dynamic and versatile. This extends the application possibilities of the well-known training device for fitness, therapy and rehabilitation.
The Aero-Step Pro can be used on both sides. While the smooth side is used in performing fitness exercises, the pimpled side is often used in the area of rehabilitation and therapy as additional stimulation and circulation promotion.
Thanks to its large, unstable surface, the Aerostar Pro can be practiced both standing and sitting, or in the abdomen, side, and back.

The Aero-Step Pro can also be used outdoors for exercises. The robust material is barefoot but can also be used with running or football boots. The air cushion is quick and easy to clean after training.
