Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer

The Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer offers a variety of exercise options for therapy and hand rehabilitation.

During practices of stretching movements, the strength and mobility of the hand can be recovered. In four different resistance levels (soft to extra resistant) the Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer allows extension and flexion exercises. Due to circularly arranged holes (8 holes), the exercises can be performed with the fingers or with the entire hand.

The hand exerciser is also suitable to put into the refrigerator or freezer for cooling exercises, but also for heating applications it can be put into the microwave or boiling water. After use, the hand exerciser can be disinfected easily. You only have to put this Finger Trainer briefly in boiling water and your hand trainer is disinfected.
