T-Bar Row Parallel Handle For Ø 50 Mm Barbells

Rowing with a T-handle on a barbell is a popular exercise to train the muscles of the upper back as well as those of the trunk and lower back. For this exercise, the barbell is equipped with weight plates and the T-handle on one side. The other end of the barbell is placed in a corner or a special movable landmine.
