SoftX® Fascia-Set Roll

Fascia training and self-massage with the softX® Faszien-Set.
The fascia roll helps to relieve physcial tension and fascial bondings. An important application of the fascia roller is the relief and the simultaneous deep regeneration of tension in muscles after stress. Through warm-ups and cool-downs using different fascia rollers, you can relieve various pains and tensions after training.

The multifunctional usable fascia Trainings set from Firma softX is very good for the fascial treatment for all parts of the body. Particularly stressed body parts can be treated perfectly (E.g. sural and shin muscles).
The big fascia roll softX is perfectly suitable for extensive muscle groups like back and leg muscles. The small SoftX fascia roll has a small surface and therefore a targeted effect.
