SoftX® Balance Disc

The softX® balance disc therapy gyro is a training tool and is used for training stability, coordination and balance. Sometimes the balance disc finds its use in fitness functional training and physiotherapy.

The therapy balance disc is made of a durable PE foam material and is delivered in the color blue. The material is dimensionally stable and the tread is non-slip. Thus you have an ideal stop on the training aid during all exercises. The runners on the underside offer a moderate degree of difficulty to the student.

The softX® balance disc, made of PE foam, is also used for strength training in various sports. Through the exercises with the training aid you strengthen the foot and leg musculature.
