As an accessory, we recommend a spring for sand sack suspension (type K1274) for the punching bag wall bracket. This is attached between the eyelet of the wall bracket and the punching bag suspension. The spring facilitates the attachment and removal of the sack, while also protecting the punch bag holder and reducing the vibrations of the punching bag. The use of super tapes is recommended to support the pull-up exercises on the chin bar. Depending on the body weight and the desired support, these are available from 12 to 72 kg resistance (type K1750-K1769).
