The electronic controled magnetic-brake-system and the flywheel of 10.4 kg provide a training resistance in 20 levels. Also the incline varies in 20 levels and changes the movements from a walkinglike going to climbing stairs. The resistance can be adjusted at the cockpit or at the arms of the crosstrainer. Also the incline of the foot rest can be modified. Integrated fan and heart rate sensors at the handles (a chest strap is available as an extra!). 7 programs, therefrom 2 heart rate programs plus 2 memories for individual programs.
