Trial® Medicine Ball DYNAMIC

The Trial Medicine Ball Dynamic with water filling is a classic training device in modern design. Compared to conventional medicine balls, the dynamic water filling with distilled water enables a multitude of exercises in the coordinative, stabilising and functional area. The swinging mass of water creates immediate movements with every throwing and catching of the dynamic medicine ball. These movements vary in intensity and rash and are always different and unpredictable.
