TOGU® BalanceSensor Powerball®

The BalanceSensor Powerball® is a training device that provides intelligent, digitally supported coordination and balance training for all different performance levels and age groups. The exercises are done on a large Gym ball (original Powerball® ABS® from TOGU) with an integrated movement-sensor, which transfers the data from the training to a smartphone or a tablet via bluetooth (the application is available for free) and presents the results on the screen.

The training is independent, without the need of a trainer and is motivating to keep training. The application takes over the role of coaching and makes a full body coordination and stabilization training possible. During the dynamic training on the Powerball ABS®, the lower back muscles are being activated. The practical device and the application are very easy to use and suitable for almost every location, the office, in the gym, at home or while traveling. The BalanceSensor belt is easily removable and can be attached to other balls of different sizes from 55 up to 75 cm diameter.
