Thera-Band® Incline Board

The robust and stable balance board for sports, therapy and rehabilitation. Through the movement training to the front and the back, the complete leg and foot muscles are strengthened. In many different exercises with the balancing board a great whole-body training can be completed and the muscles of the torso can be strengthened, for example. An additional stimulus is set with the sensorimotor surface. The robust plastic material can be used on any level surface in indoor and outdoor areas.
