Thera-Band® Exercise Handles

The pair Thera-Band handles are usually combined with the Thera-Band tubing and the normal Thera-Band exercise tape. This combination creates many different exercises and exercises for the whole body.

Thera-Band handles facilitate the gripping of the exercise tape. The exercise tape is knotted at the end of the handle. With the aid of the adjustable loop system the loop can be made differently large. The Thera Band exercise tape can then be attached to a further handle and used as a tube or tubing.

Special foam handle – The handle is covered with foam. Especially when gripping and with people with low grip, a soft grip is particularly helpful.

You can also attach the exercise tape to a rung wall, a door or generally to many solid objects. Train the flexibility and mobility with train exercises and increase the strength and promote muscle building.
