Weighted bands for easy on the joints-workouts inside and outside of the water. For water aerobics, aqua jogging and fitness classes.
The cover is made of 70% nylon and 30% polyurethane mesh and is very comfortable on the skin. The weights can be removed and the cover can be washed separately.
