Fitness Bike for improving endurance training and full-body workout. Resistance is provided by a fly wheel system. That means, as stronger the training is, as greater is the resistance. Depending on the training targets you can train similar to an elliptical with arms and legs at the same time or only with arms or legs. The feet can easily be placed on existing treads.
