Reebok® DECK

The Reebok deck is a very versatile training device that can be used as an aerobic step, an inclined or a flat bench. For example, the Reebok deck, combined with dumbbell or tubing, allows for a varied full-body workout, both in the group fitness area and at home. An ideal training device for step and endurance exercises, but also for strength training and stretching.

When used as an aerobic step, the deck can be used with two heights: 20.5 and 35.5 cm. The height can be quickly and easily adjusted via the snap-in feet. The non-slip surface and the anti-slip rubber feet make the Reebok deck a full stepper.

For weight training, the Reebok deck can be used as an inclined or flat bench for short and barbell training. The generous surface of 110 x 33 cm can even be used as a negative bench for abdominal training. As an inclined bench, the backrest is adjustable in the inclination 3-fold and also offers various suspension possibilities for the use of tubes.

The Reebok deck is a compact versatile exercise machine, practical and flexible. The deck also has a compartment for storing the small items such as dumbbells and tubes. This means that the equipment can simply be stored in a space-saving way. The Reebok deck and the Reebok Step can be combined with each other in terms of materials and design.
