Powerball®

The classic when it comes to forearm-training! The Powerball® generates a training weight of up to 16 kg through circular movements. A positive training effect is achieved even at low speed.
The Powerball® has excellet rotational stability, because each individual piece was balanced electronically. High stability is ensured by the steel axis and the housing made of break-proof ABS plastic.
With the non-slip rubber band you have a secure and firm grip during training.

In the Powerball® is a rotor weighing approx. 200 g, which starts spinning through circular movement with your hand.
An angular momentum is generated around the axis. This creates a stability caused by the moment of inertia and the speed of rotation.

Put the provided starting cord inside th ehole in the yellow rotor and start to wind up the cord along the notch around the rotor. To start the Powerball you have to hold it inside your fist and pull the cord completely out with a very quick pull. Now you start rotating your wrist around to get the rotor going,
