Pedalo® Balance Top

The balance gyro has a centre point and can be moved in all directions. Compared to a balance rocker, the gyro has a very high demand character. In addition, the balance gyro can be used while standing and sitting.

The pedalo® balance gyros are available with a diameter of 22, 32 and 38 cm. The 22 cm version has an inclination angle of 22 °, the 32 cm version has a lateral inclination of 40 mm and the 38 cm version has an inclination angle of 12 °. The smaller the diameter of the balance gyro, the greater the angle of inclination and the difficulty of the exercise. The small balance gyro is also used predominantly in children. Here the training can also be completed with both feet on the device.

Often the balance gyro is also used in combination with the power band. Place 2 balance gyroscopes (22 cm) and clip a belt at each gyro. Now place yourself on the two gyroscopes so that you can put the arms into the training.
