O’LIVE® Tubular Steel Plyobox

Plyometric training with the plyo box is an essential thing in the competitive sport. The plyo box is used in the training of all sports with jumping power and high-speed strength.

Plyo boxes belong to the standard as training devices for the improvement of jumping power and Fitness, in most sports. The boxes are available as stable wood versions in different heights (Art. K1731-36) or as 3 in 1 version (Art. K1654). Besides, there is the Plyo box SAFE, which is very light-weight to move easily, for a beginner training without fear – without risk of injury. The plyo box SAFE is available in the version 3 in 1 (Art. K1655) or individually, with Elements in different heights, to connect safe and stable with a velcro fastening (Art. K1656-59).
