O`LIVE® Plyobox SAFE

Plyometric foam platforms are required when safety is a priority in bounce training. The soft material prevents injuries if jump heights are not fully reached. For this reason Plyo Box SAFE is often used when explosive jumps are trained to maximum height or when training children or inexperienced persons. The Plyo Box SAFE is available in heights of 15, 30, 45 and 60 cm and can be connected with Velcro fasteners as required.

Thanks to its light weight, the Plyo Box SAFE is easy to move and offers children and young people a fearless start to bounce training – without risk of injury. Plyoboxing has become standard training equipment for improving jumping power and fitness in most sports. The boxes are also available in solid wood versions in different heights (Art. K1731-36) or as 3 in 1 version (Art. K1654). The Plyo Box is also available with a metal base in heights from 15 cm to 75 cm (Art. K1864-68).
