Fitness Rope (Battle Rope)

Battle ropes are essential for functional fitness and Cross training. The highly efficient training ropes for strengthening of upper body, shoulders and arms and for improvement of strength endurance need to be part of every workout and interval training. In addition, torso stability and grip strength are trained. The difficulty level can be varied by using longer ropes with a different diameter. The rubber covers on the ends prevent defibering of the ropes and provide a comfortable and safe grip. Artificial hemp has almost the same properties as natural hemp, is very durable, does not fiber and does not absorb water, making the fitness ropes ideally suited for outdoor training.

The fitness rope with the different models is made in Germany. Alternatively to the artificial hemp, a fillable training rope is also available. Due to the variable filling, the weight (from 4.3 to 12.3 kg) and thus the training intensity of the Aqua Rope can be changed.
