Erzi® Trainings Board Medium

The Trainingsboard by Erzi® combines the classic fingerboard and Pegboard and offers countless handle and chin-up variants.
The training device trains your fingers, arm and upper body strength. It offers 6 plug options for the two wooden handles, 11 finger holes for one or two fingers, 8 handle strips, two ball handles, two metal eyelets and a gripping surface on the board. The grip options offer different depths, angles and slants for a versatile and demanding training. The metal eyelets can be used to add tapes as tread aids.
The training board is made of birch plywood for a comfortable surface. The gripping surfaces are roughened to guarantee an optimal grip. Whether at home or in boulder/ climbing halls, due to its diverity the training board is perfect for beginners and professionals.
