Chinning Bar For Doors

The door rack or the pull bar is suitable for pull-ups with different grip positions, rear pull-ups, sit-ups, various stretching exercises or simply to unhitch. Depending on the installation height, the rod can be used for children or adults. The rod made of a 25 mm thick steel tube is coated with black plastic and therefore very secure.

To protect the door frame, the bar is provided with rubber pads on both sides. For safe mounting, two sleeves are included in the delivery, which can be screwed into the door frame. The door frame is suitable for door frames with a clear width of 77 – 85 cm. The rod is infinitely variable in length by means of a screw mechanism and is thus simply tensioned into the door frame without the use of tools. The pull bar is a versatile gymnastics and exercise machine for home-use.

For exercises in a head-hanging position, e.g. With Hanging Shoes or Gravity Boots (Art. K7800) we strongly recommend using the pull bar only with the screw-in sleeves!
