BOSU® Balance Pods Set Of 2

The BOSU Balance Pods are used for targeted training of balance and coordination. They provide more instability during exercises such as squats, push-ups or planks and promote proprioception. The stability can be flexibly adjusted via a valve.
The ring-like surface provides support and comfort for hands and feet, while the studded underside prevents slipping. Of course, the Balance Pods can also be used from both sides. Thanks to their small size, the Pods can be used on the move and easily stored away afterwards.
