Bioswing Improve 130
The vibrating rod with a length of 130 cm, has a frequency spectrum of 5.0 to 6.0 Hz and is particularly suitable for advanced training in deep musculature, posture muscles. In addition, the exercises promote coordination, strength and local muscle endurance. A comprehensive exercise manual with exercises and a practical training bag are included.
Material: High-quality, antiallergic and easy to clean; powder-coated and multi-refined valve spring steel; PUT coated foam end caps and frequency regulators.
Difference of different models
The oscillating rods differ in length and thus also in their oscillation frequency. The longer the oscillating rod, the easier the exercises for the back and the depth musculature. The Improve 130 we used for advanced exercises and in the field of athletics training and functional training.
How does the Improve swing bar work?
The BIOSWING Improve oscillating rod results in training effects in several body systems. Dosing rhythmic stimuli dynamically activate the muscle groups and the neuromuscular action and reaction time is improved in addition to the holding function. The muscles in the arms, shoulder girdle, the spine and the lap belt are functionally strengthened and their metabolism is optimized. An easily adjustable frequency control on each side allows a broad symmetrical and asymmetrical frequency spectrum. This leads to a stimulation of the neuromuscular system adapted to the training goal.
Other proprioceptive vibratory bars such as the Haider Bioswing Propriomed or the simple Flexi Bar can be found in our online shop category Proprioceptive devices.
Features
– The rhythmic impulses do activate the muscles and the nervous system
