Beluga® Pressure Sand Vest

The Beluga sand vests distribute weight and pressure evenly over the muscles and body and thus lead to a significant increase in cognitive performance.
The sand vests are particularly suitable for children with poor concentration, minor perception disorder and muscular hypotension. Due to its stretchability the vest is worn close to the body. The resulting pressure and light weight activate muscles and nerve tracts. The nerve tracts inform the brain about the new situation, whereupon the brain builds up and balances the muscle tone in the trunk. Wearing the vest gives a feeling of security, similar to a firm hug.

While the classic therapy vests offer a rigid / firm hold and are considerably heavier, the pressure sand vests require less weight and can be worn flexibly and softly. In contrast to the Hugi vest, the pressure sand vest is not available in different colors and does not have a hood and zipper.
With its three buckles, it can be adjusted flexibly and can therefore be easily worn by multiple children. An ideal therapy vest for doctors’ practices, schools and therapeutic institutions.

– M (156 – 164), waist circumference 70 – 75 cm, 2.3 kg
– L (172 – 186), waist circumference 75 – 80 cm, 2.5 kg

Due to its stretchability the vest can easily be worn over normal clothing. Usually the fit of the vest is small to create enough pressure when wearing it.
