How do I train with the TOGU jumper?
The jumper can be used when standing, jumping, sitting or lying down. The air filling ensures instability and forms a dynamic underlay. Various exercises can be performed on the training device. The abdominal muscles can be trained in sitting and the back muscles in the lying position.
