The Wobblesmart® 6 in 1 therapy spinning top offers 6 different levels of difficulty through a simple rotating movement of the support surface. From large diameter (for beginners) to small diameter (maximum instability).

The spinning top is used to train balance, posture and coordination. Training on the unstable platform requires to maintain balance and stable posture.

In addition, the spinning top has two recessed grips. Thus, in addition to the conventional balance training, you can also complete challenging exercises in the support. So you train not only arms or chest but also the supporting deep muscles at the same time.
