Aerobis® RowStick

The RowStick can be combined with many types of training equipment. Connected to the aeroSling® sling trainer, the bar serves as a rowing/climbing bar. If you hang gymnastic bands or tubes on one or both sides of the bar, you can perform a variety of pulling, pushing and rotating exercises. Alternatively, it can also be attached to a cable pulley using a carabiner.
The stick is made of aluminum and stainless steel, the grip surfaces are non-slip rubberized. It has bearing-mounted connecting eyelets at both ends.
