aerobis® Kinetic Trainer
Flywheel training with the aerobis Kinetic Trainer gives you completely new possibilities for your training. The load during flywheel training is created by accelerating and decelerating the flywheel system. The muscles first work concentrically to accelerate the flywheel and then eccentrically to decelerate it again. The load can be individually adjusted – the more the flywheel is accelerated, the more it has to be decelerated.
The Kinetic Trainer is suitable for training the entire body. The arms can be trained with the hand grips and the legs with the ankle straps. At the same time, the stabilising musculature of the trunk, back and shoulders is activated by the uninterrupted load phase during a training set.
Suitable for elite sports, personal training, fitness studios, home gym, physiotherapy & rehabilitation. Can be attached to rigs, posts, walls and even trees.
