Pedalo® Push-up Grips 4 Level

Push-up grips are known to many gymnasts as handstand bars or handstand blocks. Pedalo’s innovative push-up grips are unique thanks to the four different sides. The sides have one flat and three differently rounded sides, which increases the difficulty of holding the handles stably while standing on them in a push-up or handstand.

In competitive and elite sports, in club or recreational sports, but also privately at home, a variety of training options can be performed with the push-up handles.
