Pedalo® Balance Top 50 Therapie + Fitness

The pedalo® Balance Disk 50 offers a stable exercise space for the training of coordination and agility. There is a diversity of exercises which you can perform lying, standing, sitting or in the plank position. In each position you strain a different part of the musculature which increases the training effect. Use the versatile Balance Disk 50.

“There are 2 levels of difficulty available: medium with 40 mm lateral inclination for therapy + fitness and heavy with 75 mm lateral inclination for sports and kids.
Besides the advantages of a usual therapy disk, the balance disk offers more functionality. This means you can additionally perform strengthening exercises with the bands to the Stabilisation and balance exercises. It is also possible to attach the pedalo®-Powerband to the fitness disk and perform a whole body training.

Additionally the balanace disk can be used together with the pedalo®-Sensamove Software as a standardised test Station. Another advantage is the attachment of pedalo®-Foot Seesaw. Here, you can reach another motion axis which increases the training effectivity.

Zusätzlich kann der Balancekreisel auch in Verbindung mit der pedalo®-Sensamove Software als standardisierte Teststation genutzt werden. Ein weiteres Plus bietet die Möglichkeit der Anbringung der pedalo®-Fußwippen. Hierbei erreichen Sie eine zusätzliche Bewegungsachse für ein noch anspruchsvolleres Training.
