The MFT Challenge Disc is for athletes and fitness enthusiasts but also for children and active seniors. Through movements on the flexible disc, you can control the ball, racing car, skier and more through a fictitious course over the screen of your computer. Daily 10 – 30 minutes of training on the Balance Board to be more sustainable in sports and work.
