Erzi® Ski-Trainer

A ski trainer that not only simulates the movements of skiing, but also trains your mobility and balance for therapy and fitness.
The combination of the unstable ligaments and the respective movement of the ski trainer allows the user a boundless variety of exercises. Ideal for promoting and maintaining mobility, strengthening the muscles and preparing for the next ski trip.
In therapy, the ski trainer can enormously support balance and coordination training. The height of the device of only 21 cm makes it easy for the user to get on the device. Especially after injuries or operations, the ski trainer can help to promote the healing process and reconstruction of mobility and muscles.

Before the training the difficulty is adjusted with the fixation pins.

Level 1: For Level 1 all fixation pins should be plugged in to keep the trainer in a fixed position. This level provides balance exercises with two slackline bands.

Level 2 and 3: For levels 2 and 3 either the upper fixing pins are removed to allow additional movements to the left and right or the lower fixing pins are removed to allow movements to the front and back.

Step 4: For step 4 all fixing pins are removed. Here you now have full freedom of movement in every direction.
