BLACKROLL® STANDARD

The Blackroll® STANDARD is the ideal post-exercise recovery tool and can also be used to mobilize and warm the muscles before exercise. The Fascia roll is also ideal for entry into the fascia training and self-massage with the role suitable.

Already in the first applications muscle tension and adhesions of the fascial tissue are solved. By rolling out with the Fascia roll the affected muscles will be supplied with extra blood. The fascial tissue is mobilized and fascial adhesions are loosened. Regular exercise with the standard fascia roller increases the elasticity of the fascia and improves mobility.

The Fascia roll is the ideal regeneration tool for home, for training and relaxation. Athletes use the Fascia roll as training supplement, in preparation for competitions and active regeneration. However, the hard foam roller is also very popular in therapy and medicine, in order to release adhesions and tension in connective tissue and fascia, as well as for trigger zone treatment.
