Balancing on the snakes filled with quartz sand promotes concentration and body coordination. The stable, open structure of the textile stimulates the receptors on the feet soles, especially when walking barefoot.

The special structure, filling and the weight of 4 kg serve to enhance physical awareness. Various games and exercises can be done and, as well as the Sand-Wests from Beluga®, the snakes can also be used for self-perception disorders.
