Aerobis® Fitness Harness

The aerobis Fitness Harness is a lightweight, high-strength solution for varied fitness training with the flywheel or a weight sled. The Harness attachment strap can be worn forward or backward to allow pulls from either direction.
It is the perfect companion for the aerobis Kinetic Trainer where it enables the performance of e.g. concentric-eccentric squats or lunges.

The Kinetic Trainer must be fixed just above the floor for squats. Then stand over the Kinetic Trainer and bind the strap of the harness with the Kinetic Trainer. The length of the Kinetic Trainer’s strap should be long enough so that the rope is taut just before the reversal point of the movement (upright standing position). Secure excess webbing so that it does not get tangled up during exercise.
