This central pulley allows to exercise freely in all directions (suspended pulley training). The instability enhances exercises by simultaneously affecting strength and muscle coordination. You’ll quickly notice an effective power increase even in everyday situations. Perfectly natural and flowing movements are enabled by the pulley resistance, which is individually adjustable to your personal needs. Thus, the instability can be continuously reduced to simplify execution of new exercises. This training device is delivered with robust, high-quality handles, made of a strong aluminum core with a highly durable plastic coating. The height of the handles can be changed in a matter of seconds by the easily adjustable and patented grip knots. An ultra-quick height change is already achieved by adjusting only one of the grip knots.
